Your Mission:

Join ClearEdge as a Senior Analytic Software Developer, where you'll be at the forefront of analyzing and developing complex software solutions. You’ll work directly with customers in a highly collaborative environment, gathering requirements, modifying software to meet performance standards, and developing new features. Your role will also involve integrating existing software into modified systems, developing algorithms, and creating data queries to enhance system performance.

This role includes leading Agile development processes, participating in sprint cycles, and developing big data cloud computing workflows.

• Passionate about developing software solutions that meet complex performance standards
• Experienced in analyzing and improving software systems and workflows

• Analyzing user requirements to develop software designs and improve performance
• Modifying existing software for new hardware, performance, and error correction
• Developing algorithms and integrating software into new operating environments
• Participating in Agile software development, including sprint planning and code reviews
• Leading the development team in developing and deploying complex software systems

• TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field plus 8 years of relevant experience, or
• Master’s degree plus 6 years of relevant experience, or
• Associate’s degree plus 10 years of experience, or
• High school diploma/GED plus 12 years of relevant experience
• Experience with Java and Pig
• Experience with Hadoop (Map Reduce & HDFS)
• Experience with software configuration tools like Gitlab, Git, Gitflo, and Nexus
• Strong background in Linux (Red Hat version 3 – 5 )
• Experience with VPN technologies

• Some networking knowledge
• Experience developing analytics in the Query Time Analytics (QTA) environment
• Experience with Maven, web services development, and Zoom workflows
• Familiarity with network encryption protocols (i.e., IKE/IPsec, TLS, Tor technologies)
• Familiarity with SIGINT and corporate tools (i.e., XKS & DX)
• Experience with JIRA and Confluence
• Leadership experience, either formal or informal
