Clinical Counselor

Job Summary
As a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients through their mental health journeys. You will provide individual, group, and family counseling, conduct assessments, and develop treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs. Your expertise will help clients navigate their emotional and psychological challenges, leading to improved well-being and quality of life.

Duties

· Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and evaluations

· Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

· Provide individual, group, and family counseling sessions

· Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques and interventions

· Monitor and document client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary

· Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care

· Participate in case conferences, staff meetings, and continuing education opportunities

· Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards

Qualifications

· Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling or a related field

· Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC)

· Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting

· Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic approaches and interventions

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

· Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with industry best practices

· Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to help others

Pay: $61.53 - $72.28 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
