This role will focus on data validation, discrepancy identification, and process adherence to ensure accurate project closeouts and operational efficiency. Utilize Excel Power Query and advanced data manipulation techniques to analyze and validate program data.
Identify and resolve discrepancies in large datasets to ensure data integrity.
Assist in the review and closure of projects, ensuring all compliance and documentation requirements are met.
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and maintain accurate tracking for project completion.
Collaborate with internal teams, including account management and operations, to ensure smooth project workflows.
Support contract reporting and compliance efforts, ensuring accurate submissions.
Assist in the development of process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Provide training and documentation support for process updates.
Work cross-functionally with IT, finance, and program teams to ensure smooth data flow and system alignment.
Assist with forecasting, incentive tracking, and financial reconciliation of program data.
