to join our team as a Distribution Quality Manager! The Distribution Quality Manager will manage 5 divisional QC leads that will be tasked with delivering internal and external compliance on quality standards. This position will be in charge supervising all Program processes to make sure that all deliverables meet consistent standards. Their duties include developing and implementing quality control tests, inspecting workflows at various stages and producing reports and metrics that illustrate progress toward targets or issues that need to be addressed.
Successful candidates will reside in Denver CO, Austin TX, San Antonio TX , Minneapolis MN, Little Rock AR or Nashville TN.

Lead Quality Assurance (QA) activities such as process audits, reviews, compliance and process improvement. Along with risk assessments (Likelihood and Impact)
Focuses on preventing defects or issues in processes, products or service.
Eliminating Program errors that are not up to standards and finding the reasons for the problems
Ensure Quality controls (QC) include activities such as inspections, measurements, and the use of various techniques to ensure that the product or service meets the specified requirements
Preparing reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data
Focuses on identifying, mitigating and correcting defects that result in increased risk in the final product or service.
Ensuring that Programs adhere to quality standards
Replicate Quality management system (QM) includes strategic planning, setting quality objectives, monitoring performance, and continually improving the effectiveness of the quality management system.
QM encompasses both QA and QC, along with the overall management of quality policies, processes, and resources.
Tracking projects through the Standard Program Workflow to guarantee that each part of the process is correct
Performing detailed and recorded inspections of final projects so the projects are up to industry and company standards
QM encompasses internal and external execution teams (Trade Allys / sub-contractors)
Training and managing Program staff in both field practices and data integrity as well as quality assessment of Program Deliverables (i.e. projects completed, assessments / audits performed, measures installed, etc.)
Implementing methods to inspect, test and evaluate Energy Efficiency Programs, inventory, assets, data integrity and other metrics
Working according to deadlines for the delivery of products
In this exciting career opportunity, you will have…
At least 2 years of Quality Assurance experience, preferably with increasing role responsibilities
Six Sigma / Lean experience
Applied ASQ tools and methodologies
Must have experience working on large scale programs as well as handling day-to-day operational requests from the business
Demonstrated experience working with contract manufacturers, suppliers, or distributors.
Strong analysis skills, ability to successfully manage multiple tasks at any given point, basic task management
