To join our team as a Energy Technician! In this role you can expect to act as local on-site program and company representative to residential customers. Install energy efficient equipment, conduct pre- and post-installation verifications and other technical data gathering activities in San Antonio, Texas. Perform direct install of weatherization measures for residential and commercial applications.
Successful candidates must reside in San Antonio, Texas.

Conduct installation of residential energy efficiency upgrades
Record and report to program staff customer and contractor interactions to adhere to program requirements
Act as local, on-site program and company representative to customers and contractors
Provides technical advice, guidance and training on installation, adaptation, configuration or enhancement in accordance with client specifications
Troubleshoots technical problems and issues, and recommends solutions.
Participate in a rotating on-call schedule every two weeks to provide support and address urgent issues as they arise.

High school diploma or GED
The ability to talk to anyone and comfortable with the idea of in-home consulting
The ability to fluently speak Spanish is required
