We are looking for a talented individual… ​

To join our team as a Field Supervisor. Under general guidance from functional management and aligned with organizational goals and values, this role provides direction, motivates team members, and oversees activities and performance. Responsibilities include identifying and resolving issues, planning tasks and solutions, and managing team budgets and resources to meet profitability, productivity, and growth targets. The role also involves reporting team accomplishments and productivity to management and ensuring alignment with customer and program requirements.

Supervise and support Residential Energy Auditors, Technicians, Crew Leads, and Field Representatives.

Develop and deliver training programs to enhance quality and performance.

Provide updates to managers and coordinate employee certifications per program guidelines.

Solve technical issues of moderate complexity with minimal supervision.

Contribute to project milestones and apply technical standards and principles effectively.

Represent the program locally, engaging customers and contractors to drive participation.

Travel within the assigned territory in company vehicle

In this exciting career opportunity, you will have… ​

5–8 years of experience in weatherization.

BPI certification required.

At least 2 years of leadership experience.

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Targeted Salary : 80,000-$85,000
