To join our team as a Field Supervisor, supporting various residential energy efficiency programs in the state of NJ! You will oversee a team of local, on-site program and company representatives who support residential customers taking advantage of state funded energy efficiency improvements. In this role, you will…
Oversee the daily operation of teams conducting residential energy audits (2-3 / day), installing energy-efficient equipment, pre / post-installation verifications, and other technical data gathering activities through a defined territory
Review inspection results, customer and contractor interactions to adhere to program requirements and compliance measures
Troubleshoot escalated technical problems and issues in accordance with client specifications
Act as local, on-site program and company representative to customers and contractors; to encourage participation in the program and overcome barriers
Travel throughout a defined territory with a company provided vehicle

Over 7 years of relevant industry experience – including auditing, home inspections, home equipment installation
Over 3 years of leadership experience, preferably in a field service setting
High school diploma or GED required
BPI Certification preferred
Compensation Range
86,700.00 - $130,100.00
