To join our in-person team as Program Specialist. In this key role, you will provide critical administrative support and facilitate communication between CLEAResult staff, clients, customers, and contractors. The Program Specialist will be responsible for multiple tasks associated with administrative support.
Successful candidates will reside within a commutable distance to the Scotrun, PA office.

Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
Complete accurate data entry in both internal and external systems
Maintain and reconcile invoices
Verify required paperwork for various programs
Track and preparing monthly revenue reports
Coordinate with contractors
Perform additional administrative tasks as needed

A high school diploma or equivalent
3-5 years of relevant professional experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel
Excellent critical thinking and communication skills, with a strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn
Ability to meet deadlines, stay organized, and multitask
