Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Launch Program Consultant to join our centralized Launch business unit. This pivotal role involves developing and maintaining standard operating procedures, process tools, templates, and training materials to enforce the standard launch process. The Senior Launch Program Consultant will also support data analytics and reporting to measure the performance of launch projects, contributing to quality assurance and process improvement initiatives. Additionally, this role requires active participation in launching programs to support over-capacity regions and gain hands-on experience, ensuring effectiveness and success.
Preferred candidates will be based in Central or Eastern Time Zones.
In this role you will...
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, process tools, templates, and training materials.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create comprehensive documentation supporting the launch process.
Support data analytics and reporting to measure the performance of launch projects.
Assist in quality assurance and process improvement initiatives by analyzing program outcomes and trends.
Provide training and support to launch managers and ambassadors.
Actively participate in launching programs to support over-capacity regions and gain hands-on experience.

Education and Experience :
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, environmental science, or a related field preferred.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, focusing on developing standardization documents and supporting data analytics and reporting.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in managing complex and innovative program startups or product launches within the energy efficiency industry is a plus.
