What are the responsibilities and job description for the Flowback Shop Hand/Valve Tech position at ClearFlow Energy Services?
ABOUT THE JOB
Shop Hands at ClearFlow Energy Services’ Midland yard will help maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment. We’re looking for hard workers who can help keep equipment in top shape and performance, and maintain smooth operations for all the jobs we service.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintaining clean facilities
- Receving inventory and working with Asset Coordinator to manage inventory
- Loading out and securing all loads
- Maintaining quality and integrity of equipment
- Clean, repair, rebuild, paint, and maintain iron, equipment, assets, etc. as instructed
- Disassemble iron/valve components, clean, inspect, test, and reassemble to meet customer needs and industry standards
- Identify defective, worn or damaged parts and recommend appropriate corrective actions, such as repairs or replacements
- Perform testing on iron/valves to confirm proper operation under various conditions
- Performs other related duties as required and assigned by the Shop Manager and District Manager
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must live in Midland
- Ability to pass background check and drug screen
- Oil & Gas Experience required
- Flowback Experience/Flowline Maintenance Required
- Ability to follow instructions
- Forklift certified
- Ability to drive a truck/trailer
- Knowledge of and ability to operate basic tools and equipment
- Ability to lift heavy objects (100 pounds) and be on your feet most of the day
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude that aligns with ClearFlow’s culture
SALARY:
$20-24/hour
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
