Flowback Shop Hand/Valve Tech

ABOUT THE JOB

Shop Hands at ClearFlow Energy Services’ Midland yard will help maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment. We’re looking for hard workers who can help keep equipment in top shape and performance, and maintain smooth operations for all the jobs we service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintaining clean facilities
• Receving inventory and working with Asset Coordinator to manage inventory
• Loading out and securing all loads
• Maintaining quality and integrity of equipment
• Clean, repair, rebuild, paint, and maintain iron, equipment, assets, etc. as instructed
• Disassemble iron/valve components, clean, inspect, test, and reassemble to meet customer needs and industry standards
• Identify defective, worn or damaged parts and recommend appropriate corrective actions, such as repairs or replacements
• Perform testing on iron/valves to confirm proper operation under various conditions
• Performs other related duties as required and assigned by the Shop Manager and District Manager

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must live in Midland
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen
• Oil & Gas Experience required
• Flowback Experience/Flowline Maintenance Required
• Ability to follow instructions
• Forklift certified
• Ability to drive a truck/trailer
• Knowledge of and ability to operate basic tools and equipment
• Ability to lift heavy objects (100 pounds) and be on your feet most of the day
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude that aligns with ClearFlow’s culture

SALARY:

$20-24/hour

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
