- Review and submit utilization review requests for insurance authorizations.
- Ensure documentation meets compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain organized and detailed records of all reviews, approvals, and appeals.
- Communicate effectively with insurance providers, but always with a fact-based, methodical approach.
- Follow established workflows while continuously improving efficiency.
