What You"ll Own
Drive property projects and maintenance support by playing a key role in capital improvements, vendor coordination, and work order management, ensuring projects stay on track and align with company goals.Optimize operations and solve challenges by identifying inefficiencies in maintenance, financial tracking, and vendor management, then developing and implementing practical solutions that improve property performance.Enhance acquisitions and due diligence by supporting property evaluations, investment reports, and financial analysis to ensure data-driven investment decisions.Oversee compliance, budgets, and financial responsibilities by handling lease abstracts, insurance claims, late notices, AR collections, CAM reconciliations, and budget tracking, working closely with accounting to ensure accuracy.Strengthen coordination across teams by working with tenants, landlords, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth lease execution, operational efficiency, and strong stakeholder relationships.Oversee administrative, reporting, and process functions by maintaining monthly reports, processing vendor invoices and change orders, and updating vendor records, while cross-training in back-office operations.Who You Are
