    Responsibilities

  • Perform intake assessments
  • Provide mental health therapy for individuals, couples, families, and / or children
  • Create individualized treatment plans for each client
  • Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatments
  • Use our assessment system to inform client care
  • Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan
  • Perform regular wellness checks and caring caseload management
  • Adhere to all practice and licensing standards

    • Qualifications

  • Completed Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or similar field
  • Current and unrestricted LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Psychologist
  • Previous experience as a mental health therapist preferred
  • Proven in-depth knowledge of evidence-based treatment approaches (i.e., EMDR, TFCBT, DBT, etc.)
  • Ability to work with variety of clients with diverse needs
  • Self-directed, eager to learn, and ready to be a part of a team
  • Flexible scheduling with 100 client appointments per month (40 part-time)
  • Individuals with niche expertise in the treatment of trauma in children and adolescents
  • Spanish speaking is a PLUS!
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized

    • Schedule :

  • Self-determined schedule (25-40 hours per week client contact, schedule set by clinicians)
  • Minimum 10 hours per week for PT

    • Supplemental Pay :

  • Bonus pay (generous sign-on BONUS plan)
