At ClearJet Inc., we are looking for a creative product manager to drive our team in developing and managing innovative digital platforms. This person will be involved in the early-stage concept, product ideation and definition process, and will work to translate the needs of internal users to bring new and insightful digital products and experiences to life. This role requires a candidate who has excellent problem solving, analytical, and communication skills to create software that solves day-day problems for our employees.
Key Responsibilities :
- Product Vision and Strategy - Define and articulate the vision for digital platforms including user applications for internal Customers, mobile applications, and analytics. Develop and maintain a product roadmap aligned with company objectives and market needs.
- Feature Development - Prioritize and manage requirements discovery, solution design, and development of new features based on business goals. Meet with stakeholders throughout the company to understand pain points and brainstorm solutions with them.
- Team Collaboration - Collaborate regularly with cross-functional teams to guide and ensure alignment on feature development and prioritization.
- Product Marketing - Develop positioning and messaging to ensure products meet market needs that resonate with users driving demand and adoption.
- Total ownership - Candidate will be responsible for the full product lifecycle. Identify the most pressing issues intra-team, formulate a plan for solving them with software, get buy-in from the stakeholders, work directly with our tech team to implement the solution, release it, train the team on how to use the new software, then report on the cost and / or time savings.
