Who We're Looking For - Product Manager

We're in search of a dynamic and innovative Product Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for the entire life cycle of our products, from conceptualization to market launch. You'll develop and implement product strategies and roadmaps that seamlessly align with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, ensuring the successful development and launch of products. Additionally, you'll apply user insights to identify new growth and product development opportunities.

This position requires building relationships with internal knowledge leaders and leading cross-functional stakeholders to gather business requirements and implement change effectively. The ideal candidate makes data-driven decisions, excels in communication, pays attention to details, and thrives in solving challenges. You'll need to work independently, taking initiative to prioritize and manage assigned projects while meeting deadlines. While a degree is not mandatory, we welcome applicants with relevant experience and a proven track record of self-guided learning.

The Impact You Will Make

• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to comprehend their requirements and translate them into product features aligned with the product's purpose.
• Own the scoping and definition of new products, product features, and improvements to existing products.
• Monitor product performance and use data-driven insights to optimize the user experience and achieve business goals.
• Work collaboratively with relevant stakeholders to manage product iteration backlogs, release timelines, and product updates.
• Conduct industry and competitive analysis, assess market trends, and identify opportunities to enhance competitive positioning.
• Drive backlog grooming with Project Managers, planning, and vision refinement sessions; meeting regularly with business, product design and engineering teams.
• Transform requirements into feature specs/epics/features/user stories.
• Establish story acceptance criteria for the engineering team.
• Describe the product benefits and functionality in a way to better drive adoption across all business units and enable user engagement and adoption.
• Proactively find opportunities for product improvements through consistent monitoring.

What You Bring

• 2 years of product management experience. (Tech industry experience preferred)
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, ability to handle diverse situations, projects, and constantly evolving priorities.
• Ability to communicate and work effectively with others in a sales environment.
• Solid understanding of general engineering, UX, and design-related projects/concepts and software development.
• Proficiency manipulating raw data to gain insight and build reports.
• Experience managing or coordinating projects involving multiple resources and partners.
• Ability to multi-task and manage priorities and multiple products to hit timelines.
