Clearly Amazing is looking for results-driven Sales Representatives in the Sterling area to actively seek out and engage customer prospects in the 8 markets we service nation wide. If you are looking for a fast-paced growing environment with a strong foundation, this may be the place for you.

• Pressure Washing
• Gutter Cleaning
• Roof & Siding Cleaning
• Window Cleaning
• Holiday Lighting Installation

Responsibilities

• Making outbound calls to leads with some inbound calls
• Listening to prospects and determine their needs and overcoming objections
• Discussing and Selling all services offered with prospects via phone, text, or email
• Creating quotes based on property assessments by using online tools
• Following-up on quotes that have not been booked
• Maintaining friendly demeanor and high level of professionalism
• Scheduling appointments
• Data entry of incoming leads

Skills

• Ability to effectively communicate with prospects and customers
• Proven experience in a sales environment
• Demonstrated ability to articulate and offer our service in ever expanding markets, to cross-sell, upsell and bundle services all while maintaining professionalism and integrity at all times.
• High proficiency in word processing and use of platforms such as Hub Spot, Google Docs/Sheets, etc. Working with multiple tabs at once on your screen.
• Organized, detailed and a multitasker.

Qualifications

• Able to pass a background check
• High school diploma or GED

Schedule

• Mon - Fri 9:00 am - 6:00 pm with flexible scheduling
• Two (2) Saturdays per month, 10:00 am - 2:00 pm

Salary

• Base Hourly Rate of $19.00
• Commission on work completed.
• Reps in their first year make between $50,000-$100,000 including commissions, bonuses, and hourly wages.
