Janitorial Operations Manager
An Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of assigned sites, ensuring efficient and smooth running by managing resources, optimizing processes, maintaining quality control, and implementing improvements to maximize productivity and profitability across various roles while collaborating with different teams to achieve organizational goals. Responsible for keeping client facilities clean and orderly by monitoring and upholding the cleaning and maintenance quality standards and operating procedures for all assigned job sites and surpassing the client's expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning: Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with company objectives, including budget planning, resource allocation, and process improvement initiatives.
Operational Oversight: Monitor and manage day-to-day operations, including production schedules, inventory levels, quality standards, and compliance with regulations.
Performance Management: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement, analyze data, and implement necessary changes to optimize efficiency.
Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate operational teams, delegate tasks effectively, and provide coaching and development opportunities to staff.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline processes, implement lean methodologies, and continuously improve operational effectiveness.
Cost Control: Manage operational expenses, identify cost-saving measures, and ensure adherence to budget constraints.
Quality Assurance: Establish and maintain quality control standards, monitor product quality, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
Supply Chain Management: Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely materials deliveries, manage inventory levels, and optimize logistics.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to all relevant safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
