What are the responsibilities and job description for the Custodian Socorro position at Clearly Clean Janitorial Services?
Responsibilities:
- Perform custodial duties such as cleaning, sweeping, mopping, and dusting
- Maintain cleanliness of restrooms and replenish supplies as needed
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
- Clean and sanitize common areas, including hallways, stairwells, and elevators
- Perform floor care tasks such as vacuuming, buffing, and waxing
- Report any maintenance or repair issues to the appropriate personnel
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in custodial or janitorial work preferred, but not necessary.
- Knowledge of industrial and commercial cleaning techniques
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as buffers and carpet cleaners
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness standards
- Good physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
Shift starts at 4 A.M.! Fast paced.
