Reports To Executive / Sales & Business Development Manager
Location Hebron, Ohio
Position Type Full Time
Pay Rate Base Pay of $40,000-$60,000 pending industry experience 20% commission paid travel expenses.
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining existing client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Essential Functions & Duties
Required Skills
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand our client base within the industry.
- Conduct on-site visits to potential and existing clients to promote our services.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals.
- Track customer Net Promotor Scores (NPS)
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure client needs are met.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Qualifications
- Degree in Business, Engineering, Related Field, or comparable experience.
- Three (3) years of experience in outside sales, within the drilling industry.
- Strong understanding of directional drilling technologies and processes.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Valid drivers license and willingness to travel extensively as needed or when nessesary.
