Our client is hiring a Territory Sales Representative for Arizona and Nevada! In this role, you’ll maximize sales of their products in brick-and-mortar stores by building relationships with store associates, branch managers, and end users, providing training, optimizing merchandising, and coordinating with the internal teams to support the needs of our distributors.
The ideal candidate has 2 years of B2B sales experience working with dealers/distributors. A plus is you have experience selling tools, devices, or other electronic or consumer products. You must live in the Phoenix metro area and be willing to travel to dealers in AZ and NV with about 35% overnight travel. Compensation is base commission company car excellent benefits. Target total compensation is $95,000-120,000.

What You’ll Do
- Maximize sales and service to Distributors and End Users by:
- Optimizing the merchandising at the point of purchase
- Providing sales training and product demonstrations to highlight our value proposition
- Providing Distributors with ‘Right Stock’ recommendations
- Making purchase recommendations to end users
- Supporting the distributors with events, sales training, and customer service
- Monitor regular sales reporting, analyze data to identify opportunities and take action to maximize sales.
- Develop primary knowledge of the marketplace (End-users, applications, products, competition, and distribution channels) to analyze market potential and maximize sales.
- Ability to work independently after an initial training period to achieve sales goals leveraging technical ability, creativity and problem-solving skills.
What You Bring
- 2 years of B2B sales experience with a strong preference in tools, devices, equipment, or other consumer products. HVACR experience would be great!
- Ability to travel extensively in your territory and nationally with about 35% overnight.
- Ability to interact effectively with a wide range of people and personalities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to lift and transport heavy tools (up to 50 lbs.)
- Self-motivated team player with strong organizational, planning and time management skills.
