Lead Senior Security Engineer
Lead the global company's security initiatives. Configure, Implement, and maintain cutting-edge security solutions to protect our systems and data. Also provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior engineers, fostering a culture of growth and excellence. Keep up with the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and best practices, and ensure our defenses are always one step ahead.
Responsibilities
- Maintain, enhance and troubleshoot the security infrastructure across endpoint, network, application, and cloud security tools.
- Provide technical mentorship and training to other engineers on the team.
- Ensure that the organization's data and infrastructure are protected by enabling the appropriate security controls.
- Maintain awareness of and respond to cybersecurity trends, best practices, threats, tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs).
- Identify and communicate potential threats to information assets.
- Maintain security standards and procedures.
- Participate in the change management process.
- Clearly and effectively communicate security controls and processes to stakeholders of various technical proficiencies.
Position Requirements
Technical Skills & Competencies (Advantageous)
o CompTIA Security
o GIAC Security Essentials CISSP
o Other advanced SANS certification(s) preferred but not required.
Salary : $150,000 - $160,000
