Summary :
Our client within the Utilities industry is seeking a SharePoint and O365 Administrator to be responsible for managing O365 and SharePoint Online.
Duties :
- Manage O365 and SharePoint Online.
- Manage and setup user accounts, distribution groups and O365 groups using Exchange, Azure and the O365 admin center.
- Assist in the implementation of Multifactor Authentication.
- Run SharePoint PowerShell scripts as needed.
- Manage user access, including unique permissions for confidential information.
- Meet with Key Stakeholders to discuss, develop and document new / existing business processes.
- Build and Develop SharePoint forms and workflows using Microsoft Power Automate (formally FLOW).
- Host training sessions and assist with the development of training presentations and other documentation (How-to's, QRC's, Support Guides, Surveys) surrounding SharePoint.
- Build and manage sites for internal use and for our external Clients.
- Re-architecture the company's Intranet and internal department sites, utilizing more features available in SharePoint Online.
- Utilizing TEAMS to communicate on projects.
- Create dashboards using PowerBI.
