Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary subject matter expert for select application platforms, understanding operational processes and business needs to drive improvements and optimizations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to identify, prioritize, and implement technology solutions that enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Lead requirement-gathering sessions through interviews, document analysis, and workflow reviews to identify and document business needs and requirements.
• Prioritize enhancement initiatives to ensure alignment with business goals and operational benefits, and project manage these efforts.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive functional and system documentation, including business process flows, end-user training materials, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Liaise with internal and external teams, including Development and Product teams, to ensure seamless integration and alignment of technology solutions with business operations.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Design solutions for complex business challenges, leveraging strong analytical skills and strategic thinking.
• Assist in the coordination and support of IT projects by tracking progress, ensuring clear communication among team members, and managing minor project tasks to support goals within established timelines.

Education / Travel / Experience

• Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst, Product Owner, or similar role, with a strong IT background.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, MIS, or a related field. Relevant experience may substitute for the degree requirement.
• 8-10 years of business experience, preferably with experience in implementing and optimizing technology solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented approach.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems is favorable but not a requirement.
• Ability to travel 5-10% of the time.
