About the Role - The ETRM Supervisor provides business and technical support for the Allegro ETRM system and related trading applications. This role collaborates with Trading, Scheduling, Risk Management, Settlements, Accounting, vendors, and consultants. Leading the ETRM Application Team, the Supervisor oversees system enhancements, projects, and solution design to meet trading organization needs. The position ensures compliance with IT Change Management and Risk Management policies and procedures.

Responsibilities :
- Provide application and data support for Allegro and integrated systems (NetSuite, Adapt2, Globalview, ICE, CME), ensuring timely issue resolution for energy trading across gas, power, and crude commodities.
- Collaborate with Commercial, Scheduling, Risk, Settlements, and Accounting teams to prioritize and troubleshoot issues, managing vendor communications to drive resolution within budget.
- Supervise and develop ETRM application support analysts, delegating tasks, responding to escalations, and delivering training and feedback.
- Oversee the lifecycle of trading applications, including selection, implementation, upgrades, continuous improvement, and decommissioning.
- Maintain compliance with change management policies and ensure accurate technical documentation, reporting metrics, and system performance tuning.
- Monitor help desk tickets, communicate updates in weekly scrums, and provide status reports for management.
- Stay current with industry trends and recommend future system enhancements to support business growth.
- Exhibit strong multitasking, communication, and interpersonal skills in a fast-paced trading environment, prioritizing team collaboration and business enablement.
