This role serves as the primary lead for recruiting talent for positions in Grounds Maintenance, Landscaping, Irrigation, and Snow Removal.
The scope of this position extends beyond recruitment. The ideal candidate will design and manage programs focused on talent retention and development, ensuring effective onboarding, training, and continuous development of employees.
This individual will represent Clearscape professionally while fostering positive relationships to enhance employee satisfaction, brand loyalty, and team collaboration.
General Duties:
- Partner with Department Directors to address employment needs throughout the seasons.
- Create and post job advertisements in both English and Spanish.
- Research and manage advertising campaigns on social media platforms.
- Develop and distribute engaging content on social media and the company website.
- Build and maintain a Talent Pool of potential employees and subcontractors.
- Coordinate and participate in interview processes.
- Assist with onboarding, including new hire paperwork, uniform distribution, and training programs.
- Support performance and compensation reviews, as well as certification renewals.
- Participate in company safety meetings and training sessions.
- Conduct employee interactions to gather feedback and enhance company processes.
- Foster and maintain positive professional relationships with employees, subcontractors, clients, and vendors.
- Promote adherence to company safety standards within all teams.
Job Qualifications:
- Languages: Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
- Education: High School Diploma required; College degree preferred.
- Expertise: Experience in recruiting, phone screening, conducting in-person interviews, posting job advertisements, social media marketing, and basic computer software skills.

Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year, with performance bonuses.
