Job Summary :
We are seeking a skilled Automotive Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing complex vehicle issues using advanced technical knowledge and skills. The Automotive Technician will work on a variety of vehicle makes and models, ensuring the highest quality repairs and maintenance.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ASE Certifications
- At least 5 years of experience as an Automotive Technician
- Strong knowledge of vehicle diagnostic equipment and tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality

Upon acceptance of an offer, ClearShift does complete background and motor vehicle record checks on all new hires. All accepted offers are contingent on successful completion of the checks and prior offenses can impact employment based on the severity and / or nature of the offense. If an offense found on the reports is in violation of the ClearShift policies, the new hire will receive an adverse action letter with options for next steps.
