What will a Detailer do?
- Cleaning vehicle interiors and exteriors in compliance with all company standards.
- Operating buffers, steamers, hoses, vacuums, and other equipment to meet service expectations.
- Utilize cleaning, protective, and restorative agents to maintain and enhance the appearance of vehicles.
- Moving and parking vehicles, delivering vehicles to correct locations.
- Adhere to and maintain all OSHA standards and regulations in the shop / workspace.
- Model and demonstrate ClearShift Core Values in all aspects of the role.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

Upon acceptance of an offer, ClearShift does complete background and motor vehicle record checks on all new hires. All accepted offers are contingent on successful completion of the checks and prior offenses can impact employment based on the severity and / or nature of the offense. If an offense found on the reports is in violation of the ClearShift policies, the new hire will receive an adverse action letter with options for next steps.
