The Case Management Assistant provides administrative/clerical support for the Case Management team while integrating company values into daily practice.
Job duties include, but are not limited to:
- Maintains and update discharge packets and binders as well as insurance authorization spreadsheets providing clerical support such as phone calls, faxes, and scanning.
- Maintains DME databases, such as equipment, companies, and corresponding insurance.
- Facilitates follow-ups and check-ins with clients to ensure service satisfaction.
- Coordinates physician signatures, forms, and callbacks.
- Provides an environment conducive to safety for patients, visitors, and staff.
Requirements for consideration:
- Two years of experience providing reliable administrative and/or clerical support is required.
- Experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
