Job Summary
We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our rehabilitation hospital team.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in an inpatient hospital setting, preferably in inpatient rehabilitation.
Responsibilities include implementing orders for medications and treatments as ordered by the physician and participating in evaluation of the effectiveness of interventions.
The successful candidate will also assist in identifying patient learning needs and reinforcing self-care techniques.
