Job Duties
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing direct patient care and evaluating functional needs and outcomes
- Establishing and implementing comprehensive treatment plans that integrate company values
- Conducting therapy practice within defined standards of care
- Documenting evaluations, treatment goals, and plans according to Hospital requirements and guidelines
- Coordinating with interdisciplinary teams on patient needs, treatment modifications, and progress
- Ensuring a safe environment for patients, visitors, and staff
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in an inpatient hospital setting, with inpatient rehabilitation experience preferred
- Current state license as a Physical Therapist in good standing
- Current BLS/CPR certification
