Job Description
We are seeking a PRN Registered Dietitian to join our dynamic healthcare organization. This individual will design and implement therapeutic nutritional care plans for patients, based on physician's diagnosis, utilizing general dietetic standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams in the nutritional aspects of patient care.
- Develop and implement personalized nutrition plans for patients.
- Monitor and document patient progress.
- Consult with physicians as needed.
- Provide education and guidance to staff, patients, and families regarding diet and food plans.
Requirements
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in dietetics, nutritional sciences, or a related area.
- Registration by the Commission on Dietetic Registration is required.
- Licensure as a Registered Dietitian is required per state requirements.
