- Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
- Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy and completeness of data
- Prepare HR documents, such as employment contracts and HR policies
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Assist in the implementation of HR programs and initiatives
- Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding processes, including assisting with equipment setup for new hires
- Collaborate with the engagement team to develop and implement engagement programs and initiatives

- Currently studying and/or possesses a bachelor’s degree in administration, Human Resources, International Relations or other business-related fields or an equivalent amount of experience and training.
- Excellent command of English language both spoken and written, Spanish Bilingual
