If the answer is yes, ClearSource is looking for an exceptional Information Technology Project Specialist to join our dynamic team. You should be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing IT projects within established deadlines and budgets with prior relevant experience.
What you will do as a Information Technology Project Specialist
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and documentation to support successful execution.
- Communicate project expectations clearly and effectively to team members and stakeholders.
- Coordinate resources and personnel to ensure project milestones and deliverables are met.
- Identify and manage project dependencies and critical paths to optimize workflow efficiency.
- Prepare budget proposals, monitor financial performance, and recommend budgetary adjustments as necessary.
- Track project progress, resolve challenges, and adapt plans as needed to meet evolving requirements.
- Generate and present project reports, proposals, and progress updates to stakeholders.
- Proactively address risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate project disruptions.
- Mentor and guide project team members, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
- Ensure adherence to best practices, compliance standards, and IT governance policies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, clients, and external partners.
What ClearSource Needs from You
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of three years of experience in IT project management or a similar role.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, software development, and cybersecurity principles.
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies is an asset.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant project management certifications are preferred.
- Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and work both independently and collaboratively.
- Must be willing to work onsite
