What You’ll Do as a Volume Recruiter
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and post compelling job ads that drive candidate flow across multiple platforms.
- Source and screen high volumes of applicants through databases, social media, online forums, and referrals.
- Conduct structured interviews and assess applicants based on experience, skills, and culture fit.
- Coordinate and manage the end-to-end recruitment process—from sourcing to onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and build a consistent recruitment strategy.
- Perform background checks and reference verifications.
- Promote ClearSource’s employer brand, sharing what makes us a great place to work.
- Maintain detailed recruitment records and provide regular reporting to management.
- Stay up to date on employment legislation and hiring trends to ensure compliance and innovation.
What We’re Looking For
- Education in Human Resources or a related field
- Experience in high-volume recruitment (BPO or shared services experience is a plus!)
- Familiarity with recruitment databases, applicant tracking systems, and sourcing tools
- Ability to design and execute creative recruitment strategies
- Strong interpersonal and decision-making skills—you know how to spot great talent
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
