- Receiving:
- Review inbound product for integrity (damaged, wrong/missing product, etc.)
- Process receipts in WMS
- Inventory Control:
- Stock inventory in correct rack, bin, and floor locations
- Label all boxes, pallets, specification sheets, and promotional items
- Perform physical inventory counts as required
- Shipping:
- Pick and package products for shipping
- Ensure product is packaged using appropriate boxes and dunnage to minimize damage and freight cost
- Ship according to order requirements (FEDEX, UPS, LTL) and ensure shipping fee policy is adhered to
- Prepare smart phone or device for end user.
- Insert SIM Card and collaterals.
- Repackage device.
- Production Flashing:
- Utilizes OEM software and hardware tools to flash OEM and customer software in a production environment to meet internal and customer deadlines.
- Responsible for setting up production lines for provisioning Android smart phones.
- Log and report jobs into appropriate systems.
- Quality Control:
- Ensures that quality control standards are implemented and adhered to.
- Assists all other functional area of warehouse operations as required.
- Leads crew by example by loading trucks and/or performing other 3PL duties, as necessary.
- Assists warehouse manager with development and implementation of policies and procedures; ensures all established policies and procedures are followed by crew.
- Leads by example by staging and kitting orders and/or performing other duties, as necessary.
- Oversees staging and warehouse labor, and temporary labor personnel in the preparation of orders.
- Maintains a working knowledge of all operating systems pertaining to the work area.
- Maintains a safe, clean working environment
- Performs additional related duties as assigned by management
TACTICAL DIRECTION RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provides tactical direction to employees within the department.
- Carries out tactical direction responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
