Responsibilities:
- Conduct sales activities, including cold calling and prospecting, to generate leads and drive revenue
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Present and demonstrate products or services to potential clients
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Collaborate with team members to achieve collective sales objectives
Skills:
- Experience or knowledge of plumbing and mechanical services is a plus.
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in a retail environment
- Strong organizational skills to manage leads, follow-ups, and customer information
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Professional phone etiquette for outbound calls
