Senior Consulting Analyst, Source-to-Pay (Coupa)
Location:
- Clearsulting is headquartered in Cleveland, OH, with additional offices located in Chicago, IL; Columbus, OH; and Dallas, TX. Other cities are welcome remotely.
- Office Options: Hybrid or Remote. Team members residing within a 45-minute commuting radius of a Clearsulting office, we expect 8 days of in-person work per month, allowing flexibility choosing these days to accommodate client meetings, team syncs and individual schedules.
- Travel Expectations: 20-40%

What You’ll Do:
- Work as part of a team of problem solvers with strong S2P consulting experience to help financial shared services and procurement executives at multi-billion-dollar companies solve complex problems.
- Lead and/or assist in S2P system implementations across the full SDLC lifecycle, including functional and technical requirements, solutions design, interface and system build, testing cycles, training and deployment.
- Translate business requirements to technical solution designs using a solution design document and leading system design principles.
- Work with strategic alliance partners to design optimal end-to-end procurement solutions to maximize client value.
- Act as the S2P subject matter expert and provide meaningful insights to clients regarding assessment, finance transformation, vendor selection and implementation.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
What You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a business-related field of study
- 3-6 years of S2P or P2P full-life cycle technology implementation experience with Coupa, SAP Ariba, Ivalua, Jagger, GEP or similar.
- Technical knowledge across full S2P functionality; catalogs, purchasing requisitions, purchase orders, receipts, invoice receipt/handling, OCR, invoice processing, payments, etc.
- Experience training, coaching and mentoring consulting analysts
Nice-to-Haves:
- Coupa Platform Certification(s)
- Ability to develop executive level presentations to communicate complex issues and recommendations across processes, systems and people.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple competing priorities and projects
