Capital Markets Professional (Vice President/Director/Managing Director)

Position Objective

ClearThink Capital has an exciting opportunity for you to join us as a Capital Markets Professional. ClearThink is seeking an individual with extensive capital markets expertise and a strong network of investors, institutions, and other sources of capital.

Essential Job Functions*

· Connect clients via our broker-dealer with sources of capital, including family offices, high net worth individuals, hedge funds, strategic investors, etc.

· Collaborate with other team members and clients

· Participate in meetings with prospects

· Initiate or lead transactions

· Oversee junior transaction team with regards to due diligence, transaction process etc

Competencies (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities)

· Extensive experience in investment banking, private equity, hedge funds, investment management, fund management, or institutional finance

· Strong network of sources of capital, including family offices, high net worth individuals, hedge funds, strategic investors, etc.

· Understanding of corporate finance and transaction structuring and execution

· Comfort and professionalism when interfacing with clients

· Ability to use a centralized Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to track transaction/process details
