We’re looking for reliable, motivated Cleaning Technicians to join our team in Fenton. If you take pride in your work, want to be appreciated, and are looking for a flexible part-time schedule, we want to hear from you.

This position is in an active medical facility, which means you’ll be working around patients, nurses, and medical professionals. It’s an excellent entry-level opportunity for anyone interested in exploring a career in the healthcare field while building strong work habits and exposure to clinical environments.

• Flexible Scheduling – We offer multiple shifts:

  • 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM

  • 11:00 PM – 6:00 AM

  • Start times also have some flexibility for the right candidates.

• Weekend shifts required. Only want to work every other weekend? No problem! 16 hours biweekly is an option!
  Looking for something closer to 18–20 hours weekly? Sure!
  Want to pair this with another location and get closer to full time work? We want to hear from you!

What You'll Do:

• Remove trash and replace liners.

• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.

• Dust surfaces including vents, furniture, sills, and equipment.

• Restock paper products and soaps in restrooms, kitchens, and other shared areas.

• Sanitize high-touch points and communal areas like break rooms and exam rooms.

• Maintain cleanliness in clinical environments such as exam rooms, restrooms, and nurse stations.

• Keep janitorial closets organized and supplies stocked.

• Lock buildings and arm/disarm alarm systems.

• Communicate maintenance needs to your manager.

• Follow specific cleaning guidelines for each location.

Schedule:

• Saturday and Sunday availability required
