Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and ensuring that all spaces are hygienic and welcoming with the facility. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work on site around patrons of the facility.
Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning duties in assigned areas, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, sanitizing surfaces, and all accessible glass.
- Ensure restrooms are clean and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
- Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Assist with special cleaning projects as needed/requested.
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in good condition.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a cleaning or janitorial role is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow the Scope of Work accurately.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Good time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated time frames.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- A positive attitude and commitment to providing excellent service.
- Must have a smart phone in order to use the time tracking software and submit routine photos of the completed work!
