Key Responsibilities:
Install & Maintain Alarm Systems: Safely and efficiently install, repair, and maintain burglar alarm systems at residential and commercial properties.
Troubleshoot Issues: Diagnose technical problems and deliver effective solutions, whether it’s a malfunctioning system or a faulty connection.
Customer Interaction: Communicate directly with customers to ensure satisfaction, providing clear guidance on system operation and maintenance.
On-the-Job Problem Solving: Use your initiative to solve technical challenges on-site and ensure the highest level of service.
Stay Up-to-Date: Continuously learn about new security products and ensure that you’re familiar with the latest in the industry.
What We’re Looking For:
Self-Motivation & Independence: Ability to work without constant supervision while being efficient and maintaining quality installations.
Technical Expertise: Previous experience installing or maintaining security systems, alarms, or related technology.
Problem-Solving Mindset: The ability to troubleshoot and think on your feet while facing challenges on the job
Customer-Centric Approach: Friendly and approachable, with the ability to clearly explain how our security systems work to customers. Attention to Detail: Thoroughness in installation, testing, and maintaining alarm systems.
Clean Driving Record: Reliable transportation to the office is required. Company vehicle provided to and from job sites and back to office.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in alarm systems, electrical work, or related field (and/or willingness to learn).
- Familiarity with various alarm system brands and technologies such as: Honeywell, 2gig, Qolsys, DSC
