This is a thriving 2 MD / 1 OD, two-office practice in which solid growth exceeds current provider capacity. This mature Idaho practice is located in two distinct markets, Lewiston and Moscow, 30 miles apart, which give it the broadest reach of any ophthalmology practice in the region.

Role Description

You will be assisted by a talented and friendly staff committed to helping build and grow your practice. Experienced technicians and scribes work up patients and chart for the provider, allowing the optometrist to maintain their clinical focus. An established EHR and a broad lineup of diagnostic technologies will enable you to provide patients with exceptional care in an efficient manner.

Qualifications

• Experience in conducting comprehensive eye exams and diagnosing eye conditions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prescribe corrective lenses and provide patient education
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
• Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited program
• Current state optometry license
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus
