We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled GIS Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing spatial data and providing insights that support decision-making processes. This role requires a strong foundation in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and the ability to visualize data effectively. The GIS Analyst will collaborate with various departments to ensure accurate data collection and analysis, contributing to projects that enhance our operational efficiency.
Duties
- Conduct research and collect data from various sources to support GIS projects.
- Utilize ArcGIS and other GIS software tools to analyze spatial data and create maps.
- Develop and maintain databases, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of geospatial information.
- Collaborate with project management teams to integrate GIS analysis into broader project goals.
- Create data visualizations that effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Lead GIS-related projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams to achieve objectives.
- Full-Stack GIS Developer preferred
- Experience
- Proficiency in GIS software, particularly ArcGIS, is essential.
- Familiarity with research data collection methods and techniques.
- Experience in project management, demonstrating the ability to lead initiatives from conception to completion.
- Knowledge of GPS technology and land surveying practices is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to visualize complex data sets clearly.
- Previous experience in a similar role or relevant educational background in geography, environmental science, or related fields is preferred.
- Leadership skills are desirable for managing projects and guiding team members effectively.
- Familiarity with building analysis tools, designing geospatial APIs and system architecture

Pay: $38,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
