Night Supervisor Qualifications:
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing and currently licensed by the State.
- Experience as a Charge Nurse or supervisory experience preferred.
- Ability to relate positively to residents and families and work cooperatively with other employees.
- Supervise staff in day to day operations
- Function as floor nurse as needed
- Capable of maintaining regular weekend attendance.
- Ability to supervise other employees and work cooperatively to obtain resident care objectives.
- Meet all local health regulations, and successfully complete a post-offer health assessment.
- Current LPN or RN license in the state.
- Up to date first aid and CPR certification.
- At least one year of LPN or RN experience in a Long Term Care Setting preferred.
- Knowledge of MatrixCare preferred.
