Our Company is a leader in the auto glass industry, specializing in windshield replacement services. We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Entry Level Account Manager to join our team. This Entry Level Account Manager role offers the opportunity to develop your sales skills while working directly with customers to assess their auto glass needs, provide solutions, and ensure a smooth and efficient windshield replacement process.
As an Entry-Level Account Manager, you will be responsible for interacting with customers in person, building relationships, and assisting them throughout their windshield replacement journey. The ideal Entry Level Account Manager candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and eager to learn about the auto glass industry.
Entry Level Account Manager Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers in person to evaluate their windshield damage and offer personalized replacement options based on their specific needs.
- Guide customers through the entire windshield replacement process, helping them make informed decisions about the best products for their vehicles.
- Establish trust and rapport with customers by offering professional advice and ensuring a smooth, hassle-free experience.
- Deliver detailed, transparent pricing information and assist customers in understanding their insurance coverage for windshield replacements.
- Coordinate with other Entry Level Account Managers to follow up on windshield replacements, ensuring they are done in a timely and efficient manner.
- Track and update customer information, following up to ensure satisfaction and resolving any concerns promptly.
Entry Level Account Manager Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Previous experience as an Entry Level Account Manager.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A customer-focused mindset with the ability to build lasting relationships.
- Willingness to collaborate with other team members, including sales, service, and operations, to ensure customer success
- Must be adaptable to new changes and have the ability to manage time effectively
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $750.00 - $1,400.00 per week
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
