We're looking for a compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professional who loves taking care of others. The ideal candidate has prior experience working in the medical care field or with individuals with disabilities. Direct Support Professionals at our organization work directly with our clients in a variety of capacities, including assisting them with activities of daily living, preparing meals, providing companionship and ensuring that they are comfortable and well tended throughout the day.
Responsibilities:
- Perform direct care services such as assisting with activities of daily living, medication management, and personal cares.
- Motivate clients to participate in activities.
- Consistently meet the expectations of completing client logs daily.
- Upholding a high standard of care by showing up to work each day with a positive attitude and integrity to work with your clients in a diligent manner.
- Follow our scope of services and provide assistance as needed for encouraging and reminding clients to complete activities of daily living.

We operate Monday - Friday and your schedule would not exceed the hours of 8am-5pm.
