We are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic Pool Server to work in Kokomos, our fun, bayside outdoor restaurant and bar. Successful pool servers enjoy working in a lively environment and have a deep passion for customer service.
Responsibilities include:
- Preparing pool deck tables with special attention to sanitation and order
- Attending to customers upon arrival with warm greeting
- Presenting restaurant menus and helping customers select food/beverages
- Taking and serving orders
- Answering questions or making recommendations for complementary products
- Collaborating with other pool deck servers and kitchen/bar staff
- Dealing with complaints or problems with a positive attitude
- Issuing bills and accepting payment
