JOB DUTIES
Involves the care and control of all inmates in the Clearwater County Correctional Facility. Duties including but not limited to: Booking, fingerprinting, jail reporting forms, computer entries for jail and Sheriff's Office. Receives all incoming 911 calls, takes and transmits pertinent information to appropriate emergency units (Officers, Fire Department, Ambulance, State Patrol, etc.).

As a Communications Corrections Officer (CCO), you will be vital in maintaining safety and security within correctional facilities. Reporting to the facility's management, your role will involve conflict management and effective communication to de-escalate situations. Your core skills in security will be complemented by premium skills in law enforcement and first aid, ensuring a safe environment for both staff and inmates. Qualifications
High School graduate or equivalent, preferably with over one year experience in a wide range of activities which prepares applicant for the pressure of emergency communications and control of inmates incarcerated in the County Jail.

Pay: $24.38 - $31.46 per hour
