What You’ll Do:
- Attract Top Talent: Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new team members.
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Understand each department's needs and find the perfect fit.
- Innovative Recruitment Strategies: Use your creativity to engage candidates through job boards, social media, and networking events.

Qualifications
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: At least 1-2 years of recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to connect with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Detail-Oriented: Ability to juggle multiple positions while keeping track of candidates and timelines.
- Tech-Savvy: Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), social recruiting platforms, and Microsoft Office.
- Problem Solver: You’re quick on your feet and love coming up with creative solutions.
