Responsibilities:
As the Area Operations Leader, you will play a vital role in overseeing all operational aspects of your assigned region. Your primary responsibility will be to provide guidance, support, and leadership to the Site Leaders within your region. By promoting a culture of excellence, teamwork, and customer focus, you will drive success across all sites.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leadership: Lead by example and inspire Site Leaders to perform at their best. Foster a positive and motivated work environment, promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Operational Support: Provide guidance and support to Site Leaders in areas such as facility management, equipment maintenance, staffing, and day-to-day operations.
- Customer Service: Ensure that all sites deliver exceptional customer service and maintain our high standards of quality, cleanliness, and efficiency.
- Site Visits: Regularly travel to all sites within your region to assess performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and provide hands-on support.
- Communication: Establish clear lines of communication between headquarters and site locations, facilitating effective information flow and sharing best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (preferred but not required).
- Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in the customer service or car wash industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and personalities.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a strategic mindset.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel regularly to all sites within the East Houston Market.
Compensation and Benefits:
The Area Operations Leader position offers a competitive annual salary in the range of $85,000 - $100,000 depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to the base salary, this role includes a company vehicle to facilitate travel between sites.
